Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your deployment dashboard. Plan changes apply at the next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference.

FloskBase runs on OpenStack and Proxmox clusters hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centers. Each deployment gets its own isolated virtual machine with dedicated CPU, RAM, and SSD storage — no noisy neighbors.

Absolutely. Your deployment runs on infrastructure you control, in a network segment isolated from other tenants. All data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. In-transit traffic is protected by TLS 1.3. We never access or process your application data.

Starter plans include email support with a 24-hour SLA. Pro plans get priority support with a 4-hour response. Enterprise plans include a dedicated support engineer and 24/7 on-call coverage. If a deployment fails, our system automatically retries and notifies you — most issues resolve without any action on your part.
